Appearance: Citrine color well open. Fine and persistent bubble clear sign of its elegance.
Nose: It is complex and expressive. It shows a powerful aroma of sweet sponge cake and fruit notes.
Taste: Creamy texture that reveals the complexity and freshness of the variety in a harmonious and surprising set.
