Considered the “Father of all Rums,” Papa Seal is blended from pot and column-distilled rums ranging between 10 and 21 years aged in hand-selected, once-used bourbon barrels with medium char. Bermuda's humid, salty sea air provides a superior aging environment. Production was limited to only 12 barrels and although the flavor difference imparted by one barrel versus another is subtle, Papa Seal is hand-bottled and hand labeled, one barrel at a time. Papa Seal was created to be enjoyed neat or with a cube of ice.
